At this time I would like to offer you a sampling of my qualifications and job experience. In doing so I hope to make your decision to choose me as your Professional Organizer easier.
I have been a professional organizer since 2002 but I have been an organizer all my life. Then add the fact that I might be a little OCD (surprise) and married ADHD, created 3 variations of OCD/ ADHD offspring and toss in an adopted child with PTSD and Attachment and Hoarding disorders and you realize I have been dealing with a veritable alphabet soup for decades, and have the experience that comes with that. As a working mother of four I have to be organized.
After I do all that it takes to be a mom and run a business, I hold positions of leadership in the community. I am actively on PTA boards, involved with the Boy Scouts of America program, very active in my church calling and have been on several community arts boards. I love the arts, and my support is given but not to the extent that the family suffers. In a sentence I am your typical church going, soccer mom who works part time and goes to school part time. I love my family, spa days, good books,cheesecake,a clean house and to travel. Pretty typical!

I have an Associates degree in Science and am currently takeing classes for my Bachlor degree in Organizational Leadership in Communications. I love education and read constantly and have attending night class in web design so I can update this site myself in hopes of keeping the information current and available to my clients.
I have 15 years business experience, including but not limmited to the following positions: clerk, office manager and president. I have decided to put that experience to work for myself, and do what I love to do, that is to help other people Get It All Together.
I have worked in the Corporate and Residential arenas by helping organize offices, storage and space planning. Other residential areas that grab my interest are storage areas for new homes,closets,kitchen, laundry areas and information centers. Kitchen re-orgaization is one of my favorite areas to work in.
I have thrown parties for adults, children, organizations and friends for as many as 300 guests, and ranging from food and games to a whole evening of entertainment.
I have lectured on organizing in Utah and Nevada. I have also lectured on how to give talks, ideas on time management, how to throw a party, and how to involve your children in becomeing an organized family.
I have managed to run as many as three households at one time and have spent thousands of hours helping friends and families organize their homes and garages.
I can manage others and can help you stay on task to sort and purge through your own clutter nightmares.
I hope that you can see that I enjoy helping others and look forward to working with you on your projects. I have been able to meet all of my clients needs and am sure I can do the same for you.
Sincerely;
Cinthanie R. Crenshaw

I have held many positions and won awards for my work on community boards. From Local PTA positions to Council PTA positions. I have served on several Arts Boards and established an elementary school Art Museum Tour.
In the past I have been involved with the Foster Care Foundation and LDS Social Services. Giving foster care and baby boarding for children in need of a home, and respite care for parents in need of a break.
I have been involved and served in many positions with the Boy Scouts of America Program and I am also very involved with my Church organization.
I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am the oldest of four children. I have always been an organizer from my earliest years. My mother has a story she loves to tell whenever I lecture in Las Vegas, where she lives. According to my mother, when I would get in to trouble as a child, to punish me my parents would send me outside to play. They could never send me to my room because if they did the first thing I’d do was empty out all my drawers and closet and spend the rest of the day reorganizing things. Now, my mom always gets a good laugh with that, but the sad part is it is the truth. I used to get so angry at them for making me go outside to play.
I was always a very popular as a babysitter because my natural tendency to clean up would come along with me so when I babysat the parents would get a two for one deal. After I would put the kids to bed I would start cleaning. Now, much later in life my husband can tell when I am mad because I start scrubbing something . The bonus for him is he can tell how mad I am by the degree of difficulty of the job I am doing. So let’s say he comes home and I am wiping down walls then he knows I am working off some energy but if he comes home and I have the whole garage emptied out he knows to turn around and come back later.
This has been a curse for me all my life and I come by it genetically. My paternal Grandmother is the same way. So since I love to go through piles and clean them up I decided I would do that for a living. Well at first I just did it for fun for my family and friends until a friend of mine encouraged me to step out and open my own business. That is how Get It All Together got started and the products that I have created have all been answers to other peoples needs.
I love what I do. It is a real win win for me. I more than anything in life, want to change the world by helping others. I can do this on a daily basis with my business, by getting into peoples homes or offices and helping them Get It All Together. I leave with a great feeling of accomplishment and fulfillment knowing I have changed their lives. Being a Professional Organizer is what I was born for.

Ralph Waldo Emerson gave a yardstick by which to measure our personal success.
He wrote;
What is success?
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty;
To find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better,whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived;
This is to have succeeded.
